The complex "Fairways Carib Playa" is one of the premier urbanisations within the Marbella region.

Located in Marbesa the beach side location means it is only a five minute walk to the many beaches along the coastline.
These superior built apartments were once part of the Alanda group constructed on similar lines to the Four Seasons complex in Elviria but now are independently run by its own community of owners.

This apartment has the benefit of its own private garden and large patio area.

The Spacious dining area equipped with large wooden table and six chairs is constructed on a higher level than the lounge so although it is combined both have well defined areas.

The dining area is next to a fantastic fully fitted kitchen which gives an open plan aspect to the apartment.

Separate from the kitchen within its own segregated area is the large utility room that houses the washing machine and tumble dryer this room can be obscured by the large frosted glass sliding doors.

The main double bedroom complete with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes is larger than most apartments and also has a portable TV is complemented by its own fully tiled en-suite bathroom complete with bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The twin bedroom also has full height double mirrored wardrobes with a shower room that also comprises of a sink integrated within a marble base and toilet next to the bedroom.

All in all a fantastic apartment that is certainly value for money.

Lounge/Dining-room
The open-plan lounge has sofa, armchairs and wooden dining-table and chairs with complementary furnishings (coffee-table, wall unit, hall table and mirror) all in wood.

Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen leads from the entrance hall and comes complete with lots of cupboard space, integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hobs and microwave. There is a separate utility room for the washing-machine and tumble-drier leading off the kitchen.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
The large master bedroom has lots of wardrobe space, a double bed, dressing table and chair and leads to the en-suite bathroom which is fully-tiled and complete with wash basin, bath with shower over bath and W.C.
The second bedroom has twin beds with double mirrored wardrobes. The second bathroom is next to the bedroom and comes complete with stand-in shower unit, fitted wash basin and W.C.
