  • We accept payment by bank transfer in sterling into Lloyds TSB UK or by bank transfer in euros into Barclays Bank Spain. • Q7. When do I need to pay the balance of my holiday?

  • At the time of booking a 20% deposit is required. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival, then FULL payment is required. All bookings require a damage bond (£100 for a 2 bed property) to be paid with the balance. This will be refunded once you have departed the property and it has been checked for any accidental damage of breakages and safe return of the keys. Damage bonds are refunded by either sterling cheque or euro cheque in the post to your home address.
