We have a superb selection of privately owned, two bedroom apartments in and around the Calahonda area of the Costa del Sol, Spain. All are tastefully furnished and maintained to a high standard. The properties have communal swimming pools within tropical gardens and are located within easy reach of supermarkets, bars, shops, and restaurants.
B&P Services are able to offer owners with brand new unfurnished properties, an interior design service. We are able to order and supply everything you could possibly need for your own use and for your family/firends and also for rental clients ranging from a sofa, curtains and soft furnishings to a knife, fork and spoon.
New properties do not get handed over with ready-made electrical fixtures and fittings so we are able to take the worry away of finding and electrician and we can do all the electrics for you
Neither do they come with stand-in shower units or bathroom fittings and again, we are able to organise supply and fit of these items.
